We are embarking on an exciting journey to elevate P&G One Asia’s innovation culture to new heights. As Senior Innovators, you are the backbone of our organization’s creative prowess, and today, we are introducing a groundbreaking approach to improve P&G Innovation capabilities.

We recognize that innovation is not just about technology or processes; it’s deeply rooted in the organizational climate, leadership, and the skills each of you brings. 

Traditionally, our understanding of these factors has been based on subjective views from managers and employee surveys. While these methods have merits, they often need more scientific rigor and detail for targeted improvement.

This is why we are thrilled to pilot ETC’s Emotional Fingerprint approach. This advanced diagnostic method leverages massive data analysis to provide a highly reliable, scientific assessment of our innovation culture and skills.

The insights gained will enable us to create a more targeted development program, transforming our candidates into serial innovators and maximizing our impact on the Asia business.

 Here’s how we’ll proceed:

  • Over the next five weeks, we’ll conduct digital interviews focusing on ‘Innovators skills’ and ‘Culture of Innovation.’

  • Self-awareness evaluations, innovation surveys, and reading assignments will supplement these interviews.

  • We’ll also engage in exercises to foster multi-national team integration and personal reflection.

The program is designed to be flexible, allowing you the freedom to join and participate according to your intrinsic curiosity and interest.
