The 7-Step Learning Framework
1. Understand the Agent’s Role & Purpose
Review the Agent’s Role: Understand its purpose, logic, and expectations with the 7 Key Elements, Sample Input Data, and Sample Report.
2. Choose a Real Case Study
Select a Case Study from the provided list or propose your own. Each case is linked to one Agent and represents a real-world business scenario.
3. Research and Collect Real Data (As Much as You Can)
Gather data from reliable sources like company reports, press releases, financial statements, and market research. Even partial or estimated data is acceptable — the goal is to learn through action.
4. Use the Sample Data File if Real Data Is Limited
If you’re missing key data points, use the Sample Data File provided with the Case Study. It contains realistic inputs that match the Agent’s requirements, allowing you to start the process even without your own research.
5. Run the First Process with the AI Agent
Input your collected (or sample) data into the system. The Agent will simulate its process and generate a detailed report showing the logic used, conclusions reached, missing data identified, and assumptions made.
6. Review the Report and Identify Gaps or Insights
Analyze the report carefully. Note what worked, what was missing, and what new insights or directions were suggested. This is your opportunity to reflect and plan your next steps.
7. Refine, Re-Research, and Re-Run the Process
Use the report’s suggestions to gather more accurate or complete data, then run the Agent again. Each iteration strengthens your understanding of the business function and improves the quality of your analysis.
