Click the 📂 Upload Files button.
STEP 2: Upload Your First Files
Supported formats:

STEP 3: Tag Your Files
Tag each file by:
- Department (Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.)
- Topic (Budgeting, Onboarding, etc.)
STEP 4: Activate “Use Knowledge Base” in Agent Settings
When using a GURU Agent, toggle:
